Project Manager Role - Permanent!

One of our clients are requiring a Project Manager to join their team, on a Permanent basis.

The client specialises in the Commercial sector - Office Interiors - Refurbs / Fitouts.

The ideal candidate will be based in the North East, where you will be in the office a couple of times a week, with site visits Nationwide a part of a typical week.

It is important to have Commercial experience, with elements / experience of Surveying or Estimating. If you have been around a similar environment in the Commercial sector as a Project Manager, then this will be massively advantageous.

The salary will be experience dependant, with the client knowing the going rates for Project Manager salaries currently - Roughly around £55k plus a package.
