Position: Quality Auditor

Location: Trafford Park

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 15:00 (1-hour lunch)

Reports to: Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

Support Technical Manager in site quality assurance

Review finished product standards and conduct taste panels

Conduct traceability assessments and HACCP meetings

Investigate customer complaints and apply corrective actions

Ensure timely completion of internal and external audits

Manage trackers for supplier approval, training, complaints, etc.

Coordinate sample collection and external lab testing

Support quality management system reviews and gap analysis

Assist in training the site team and support production department needs

Qualifications:

Degree in food science, food technology, or a related field

Knowledge of HACCP preferred; HACCP, Food Hygiene, and/or Food Safety qualifications are advantageous

Experience in a food or beverage production QA environment (university placement acceptable)

Proficiency in PC use and excellent communication skills

Strong planning and organizational skills
