Registered Home Manager
Location: Newcastle-Under-Lyme, Staffordshire
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum D.E.O + Yearly pay reviews!
Hours: Full time days only
Time Recruitment are representing an innovative nursing home provider with 3 homes across West Midlands all rated "Good" with CQC. This particular home is looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager for the award-winning home for Dignity in care recently awarded in 2023!
The home caters for 60 beds in total and provides care package for the elderly which range from nursing care, dementia care and for those who may have mental health. The ideal Registered Home Manager will have an excellent track record of being successful, good business acumen is essential. The Registered Home Manager key focus here will be to influence positive momentum.
Registered Home Manager Position Remuneration
* 28 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
* Support with re-validation and support
* Robust induction & on-going training and development
* Free parking
* Competitive pension
* Endorsement for additional training such as NVQ level 5
* Supportive operations manager and directors
* Free DBS
* Performance related bonus
Registered Home Manager Requirements
* The ideal candidate will be nurse qualified, with an active NMC pin
* Must have a strong clinician skill
* Excellent communication skills having the ability to communicate effectively and coherently, both verbally and in writing
* Supervise the creation of care plans - assessment and discharge
* Fair but assertive approach who is not afraid to challenge others
* Non-Clinical Registered Home Managers will also be considered if they have previously been CQC registered.
