About You: We seek an RGN Qualified Home Manager with experience managing a minimum 40-bed home specialising in dementia and general nursing. You should excel in leading teams in a person-centred environment and have experience in commissioning a new care home.
Key Requirements: * Registered Nurse with Level 5 in Leadership and Management * Valid NMC Pin * Experience with older adults * Strong leadership and team-building skills * Knowledge of CQC regulations
