Nursing Home Manager

Location: Nottingham (NG21)

Salary: £52,000 - £65,000 per annum + Bonus + Incredible Benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

As a Nursing Home Manager here you will oversee a small service the home caters to a maximum number of 49 residents and offers residential, general nursing and dementia nursing care are rated as a top employer on indeed and a 9.7 rating on care home uk alongside joining 50+ staff who are already successfully operating in the service.

 

Duties for the Nursing Home Manager role:

 

- CQC notifications - although the clinical lead supports with this

- Leading staff meetings and flash meetings

- Night spot checks

- Quality assurance and clinical governance

- Recruitment and retention

- Liaising with local councils and CQC

- Auditing

- Staff management and rota planning

 

We are looking for a Nursing Home Manager with the following attributes:

 

- 3 years' experience as a manager of a residential or nursing home

- Someone who is potentially eager to progress into a regional role

- NVQ level 5 and/or level 7

- Ideally NMC registered but not essential
