Exciting Job Opportunity: Registered Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
Location: Gainsborough, Lincolnshire
Salary: £40,071 - £46,840 per annum
Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday (with occasional on-call duties)

The client is seeking an experience Nurse Qualified Home Manager or Deputy Manager looking to step up, to oversee the care of adults with a range of physical disabilities and enduring mental health conditions, creating a warm and empowering environment for everyone.
About the Role:
As our Registered Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading a team that provides compassionate support to individuals with physical disabilities and complex mental health needs. Your leadership will help ensure all residents feel valued and cared for every day.
What You'll Do:
- Inspire and support your team to deliver outstanding care and service to all residents.
- Regularly review and enhance care plans, focusing on continuous assessment and personalized support.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the home, ensuring we stay on budget while providing excellent care.
- Champion the dignity and independence of each resident, helping them feel respected and empowered.
- Encourage residents to achieve their best quality of life, tailored to their individual needs.
- Create a welcoming environment where residents can actively participate in discussions about their daily living arrangements.
