Salary: £36,296 - £38,716 per annum + £5,000 Welcome Bonus
Hours: Full-time or Part-time | 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Days: 7:00am - 7:30pm | Nights: 7:00pm - 7:30am

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their dynamic team at a private hospital in Preston.

About the Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will work in a cutting-edge acute mental health and eating disorder setting, providing compassionate care to individuals facing complex challenges. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer high-quality treatment to patients dealing with mental health conditions such as personality disorders, anxiety, depression, psychosis, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and eating disorders.
The hospital provides care in a 38-bed service, split across three specialty wards: two acute wards and one dedicated eating disorder ward, serving both male and female patients aged 18+.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality nursing care in an acute mental health and eating disorder setting.
Supporting patients with a range of mental health conditions, including severe personality disorders, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and eating disorders.
Working as part of a collaborative team, ensuring the delivery of individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with NMC guidelines and hospital policies.
What We're Looking For:
NMC PIN and RMN qualification.
Strong teamwork and independent working skills.
A genuine passion for patient care and an understanding of recovery-focused models.
Experience working with patients facing mental health challenges, ideally in an acute setting.
