Registered Nurse £20.00 per hour (Equivalent to £38,025 per annum + Paid Breaks + Paid Handover Location: Southwest London (SW19)

We are searching for a Registered Nurse to join the established service service which will consist of 5 manageable units. The Registered Nurse working here will be joining a vibrant care team who all share the same ethos to improve individual's quality of life.
As a Registered Nurse here you will be joining their flagship home to an already award-winning care home group; you will benefit from longstanding management, an incredible induction and the best staff nurse to patient ratio's in the area in a high specification setting.
The home is anticipating excellent results at its next CQC inspection already rated GOOD in all 5 areas, and is working towards gold standards frameworks, so we are looking for someone who can maintain high standards within the home. An ideal Registered Nurse candidate would have worked in a nursing home before and will be able to bring new innovative ideas on delivering high quality nursing care.
This is a permanent, full time Registered Nurse position offering a competitive salary of £39,105 - £42,900 per annum plus benefits including:

Firstly, and foremost, you must come from a care home background or have experience in elderly nursing care such as palliative and dementia care.
It is essential to be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin either RGN/RMN or RNLD qualified
Applicants will have a person-centred focus, be experienced, approachable, have excellent leadership skills and be adaptable to this companies' policies and procedures.
