Time Recruitment are leading the search for a RGN who is looking to join a service with a in a community-based home that's close to their family and friends, and that's focused on their personal goals and outcomes. The service has 30 bedrooms, each with an en-suite, across three units. The service has communal dining and living spaces, an activities hub, a cinema room, a pub, and a large accessible garden. The service is close to local amenities and transport links so that people can maintain their community connections.
You'll work with like-minded colleagues and will be responsible for the care of up to 10 service users and supported by 4 to 5 support workers, as part of a multi-disciplinary in-house team, you will also have guidance from not 1 but 2 clinical leads. About you:
* You will be a registered nurse (RNLD/ RMN/ RGN) and will have a valid NMC pin.
* You will provide warmth, enthusiasm and compassion when providing care to our service users.
* You will always strive to provide great quality holistic care, making every day better than the last; promoting our core values: maintaining independence and dignity to our service users.
* You will be a team player, demonstrating outstanding communication skills and will be able to demonstrate effective teamwork as part of a multi-disciplined team.
