Registered Nurse Location: Rugeley, Staffordshire Salary: £22.50 - per hour + Paid Breaks (Equivalent to £42,120 per annum) Hours; 1 x 36 Nights available
Time Recruitment are supporting a local nursing home provider on the search for competent registered nurses, the service is currently under new care owners. Who are currently investing and renovating the nursing service to luxurious homely nursing home. The service is set in beautiful woodlands forest and has a church on site.
The service is 73 bedded when full and is currently going through a massive changes and offers care package to elderly who may need specialist general nursing care, respite care, palliative care, residential care and dementia care but NO challenging behaviours.
The registered nurse can be re-assured that they will be working in warm, homely, friendly, environment with excellent staffing to patient ratios, superb training not to forget the CQC registered manager who is also an excellent clinician who is able to sign off any clinical updates when needed. The manager also conducts all the inductions ensuring the registered nurse that she feels safe and supported being integrated into the nursing team.

Registered Nurse Requirements * Be nurse qualified, with an active NMC pin * Will support the registered manager in the daily running of the role * Must have a strong clinician * Excellent communication skills * IT Competent * Willing to learn to new skills * Competent knowledge on safeguarding and the mental health act * Registered Nurses who are not afraid to challenge others
