This nursing home specialises in general nursing care, dementia care, residential care and palliative care. This traditional service works to gold standard frameworks and adhere to the highest standards with a separate residential unit, the largest unit is 26 beds on the general nursing unit, so the registered nurse can be assured of a manageable unit size alongside excellent staffing to patient ratio's.
Our search for a Registered Nurse is to work within a nursing unit your duties on this unit include:
* Wound care and tissue viability * Peg Feeding * Palliative care/end of life * Person centred care planning * Overseeing 5 care assistants in their day-to-day duties * Catheterisation * Peg feeding * Medication storage, rounds and disposal
