Time Recruitment are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse qualified to head up a revamped acute mental health inpatient unit located ideally in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
This is an exciting opportunity for an astute Registered Nurse with solid clinical skills/therapeutic intervention to join other staff nurses on a 18 bedded inpatient male acute rehabilitation unit, the candidates have long term complex care needs however and have severe/complex mental health conditions.
The site also takes learning disability patients and promote independence within the service by eventually helping patients move into a less supported accommodation option.
The service is safely ran and has a compliant CQC report with a long standing manager and assistive management structure in place.
The site operates with 2 other highly experienced staff nurses + the presence of the deputy ward manager, a ward manager and 4 senior support workers across the 15 bedded unit.
