Our client's care home is designed to cater to the needs of 60 residents, providing dignified support for age-related conditions, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions, including Dementia.

As a Registered Nurse you will be required to accurately complete nursing notes, provide safe administration of medication, evaluating and updating of Care Plans and records. The Registered Nurse will also do daily assessment of residents' needs and show respect for residents' dignity and independence while maintaining effective communication and participation in meetings for development.
