Registered Nurse
Salary: £18.00 per hour + paid breaks (Equivalent to £33,696 per annum)
Location: Great Wyrley, Walsall
Shifts: Days or Nights available
Time Recruitment is assisting a well-established; highly recognised innovative and forward-thinking specialist dementia provider who also look after people with enduring mental health. We are leading the search for a Registered Nurse for their care centre in Great Wyrley, Walsall.
The service has a CQC rated GOOD in all areas; with a robust longstanding management team in place; they are looking for Registered Nurses to join the friendly team.
As the Registered Nurse you will based on a small 17 bedded dementia unit, but you will be supported with 7-9 care staff and ensuring the smooth running of the unit. There is a wealth of benefits that come with the Registered Nurse role; alongside working with the highest staff nurse to patient ratio's in the area you will also receive the following:
* Paid Breaks and handover time
* Paid Annual NMC Registration fee
* Nurse Development Programme (monthly workshops with on-site Nurse Training Manager)
* 24/7 Management support (via on-site management during the daytime and on-call manager at all other times)
* Working with a minimum of 6 Registered Nurses on site at all times
* Excellent Training - (delivered face: face on-site state-of-the-art training suite and on-job training)

* Staffing rotas visible at least 4 weeks in advance
