Time Recruitment is assisting an independent community-based provider in its search for a Registered Nurse for its CQC compliant, long standing nursing facility in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire. The service has been established since 1988 and is set amongst 4 acres of beautiful, landscaped gardens boasting modern amenities throughout.
The service benefits from an array of Registered Nurses and holds an excellent reputation in the local area; with many staff working 10 + years in the service; the registered manager is nurse trained and has been in post for 25 years since starting herself as a Registered Nurse here.
The Registered Nurse to patient ratios is high, with day nurses being supported by 2 other clinicians on shift with carers providing one to one patient care; the service has a nurse qualified deputy on site also; night nurses work autonomously on shift; however the residents receive 1-2-1 patient care on nights also.
