Time Recruitment is assisting an incredibly successful and longstanding midlands based care group in its search for a Registered Nurse for their compliant well ran service in Great Wyrley, Walsall; based closely to Littlewood; this service is accessible from the M6 & A34.
The service is 40 beds in total, spread across two floors and is elderly: general nursing and specialists in quality palliative care.
As a day nurse here, you have unrivalled nursing support, with another nurse on shift with you a RGN deputy manager on shift and NEW RGN home manager available also, meaning there's always 4 nurses in the building and several well trained support staff.
The skills you will use as a Registered Nurse within the service include: * Peg Feeding * Syringe Driver * Wound Care * Care Planning * Medication Rounds * End of Life Care * Verification of death * Catheterisation
Training can be offered to Registered Nurse in the above areas.
