We are looking for a Registered nurse to work on the memory lane unit; to provide exceptional care for Dementia clients the unit is 30 bedded at present, with the plans to extend a further 10 extra beds the registered nurse working here will have excellent staffing to patient ratio's with another registered nurse on site a team of 3 highly trained care assistants and one senior carer who supports the registered nurses in administrating medication and 6 care assistants who are there to support the registered nurse every step of the way.
Our search for a Registered Nurse is to work within a nursing unit that boasts excellent Registered Nurse to patient ratio's; your duties on this unit include:
* Wound care and tissue viability * Peg Feeding * Dementia care * Person centered care planning * Catheterisation * Medication storage, rounds and disposal
