Responsibilities as a registered nurse: As a Registered Nurse, your role is pivotal in ensuring the wellbeing of our residents. You will provide correct clinical care such as administer medications, handle catheterisation, and care planning while ensuring an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. You will also liaise with other healthcare professionals.
