Time Recruitment is assisting a specialist family run provider who exclusively operate in the east midlands from humble beginnings they now have over 8 homes in their portfolio spanning across Nottingham to Derbyshire; we are aiding the search for a Registered Nurse in Matlock, Derbyshire.
This particular service is their flagship nursing home with some residential nursing care; as a Registered Nurse here you will care for only 25 nursing residents overall; you will work with a medication trained senior carer; 3 carers and you will be overseen be a RGN qualified nursing home manager!
The home has also won many accolades and boasts a good CQC report as well as having excellent staff ratio's; they have been awarded the end of life gold quality award; they also hold investors in people status; they already have the dignity in care award level 1 and are working towards level 2 with other additional quality plans in place to hit more achievements!
We require a Registered Nurse to oversee the nursing provision and offer essential clinical direction on a daily basis; with the home being largely general nursing/elderly frail nursing care we are looking for a nurse that is passionate about this area with some palliative care knowledge!
