With a fantastic CQC report and a long-standing management team, this 30-bed facility specialises dementia and challenging behaviours.

What You'll Do:
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in providing compassionate, person-centred care to our residents, helping them lead fulfilling lives. Every day will bring new opportunities to make a positive impact in the lives of those you care for!
Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Delivering Exceptional Care: Providing top-quality nursing care based on best practices and regulatory standards.
- Working with the Team: Collaborating with residents, their families, and the multi-disciplinary team to create individual care plans.
- Promoting Dignity & Independence: Helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and choice in their care.
- Safe Medicine Management: Ensuring medications are managed safely and in line with legal and professional standards.
- Caring for Well-Being: Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every resident.
Registered Nurse Requirements:
- A valid NMC pin (RMN or RNLD qualified)
- Strong knowledge of nursing standards and the NMC code of practice
- Experience in person-centred care planning
- A natural leader who enjoys mentoring others and is passionate about team success
- A heart full of compassion and a genuine desire to make a difference
