Time recruitment are working with a well-established highly reputable Residential Service for Children in Wythenshawe who are currently recruiting for Children's Support Workers.

Our client is a social enterprise offering clinically informed practice to children who have experienced earlier trauma in their lives. Many of these children will also have suffered abuse, sexual, physical, and emotional, and some will have not, but all have suffered the trauma of parental rejection. It is our client's objective is to improve the psychological health and wellbeing of looked after children. Their approach sets us apart from standard residential childcare providers in that it is clinically informed in every aspect of the child's lived therapeutic experience with the aim of helping traumatised children achieve recovery and psychological wellbeing.

Whilst working as a Support Worker you will work to a rolling rota of at least 47 hours per week (rota includes shifts, sleep ins).

Candidates must possess:
* Minimum of Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
* Previous experience working within a residential children's home.
* Experience of working with young people in a residential setting.
* Full UK driving licence.
