Location: Chew Manga, Bristol

Salary: £19.00ph to £20.50ph (DOE) (Equivalent £37,050.00 to £39,975.00 per annum)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, including paid breaks & handovers (3 shifts per week)

Shifts: Days only

Are you an experienced RGN with a passion for providing excellent care to elderly residents? Look no further! We have an exciting opportunity for an RGN Nurse position at our clients reputable and family-run care home located in Bristol.

Our clients' residents can enjoy the summerhouse with views out over the open countryside, as well as getting into the garden to help cultivate their own flowers and vegetables. With just 30 residents, our client's home is small and cosy, allowing us to create a real home-from-home, family atmosphere. They have 30 bedrooms complete with en-suit and the home also accommodates a café for all residents.

Our client's Nursing Home comes with excellent balanced staffing ratios and the staff are all welcoming, empathetic, caring, and supportive. Staff also receive additional support when they need it from the Home Manager at the service. Overall, the home has amazing facilities for all residents and staff and has a Good CQC rating.

Responsibilities of the RGN role:

* Provide nursing care under the direction of the Manager, adhering to current best practice, legislative requirements, and all policies, procedures, and agreed standards.

* Develop care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, friends, and the multi-disciplinary team to meet their changing needs.

* Respect residents' dignity and privacy, delivering person-centred care that promotes independence and choice.

* Manage medication in accordance with legal, professional, and regulatory requirements.

* Promote and safeguard the welfare of the individuals you support.

* Registered nurse with a valid NMC Pin

* Experienced leader and mentor

* Excellent knowledge of all standards and NMC code of practice
