Staff Nurse £20.00 - £21.00 per hour Normanton, Derby Days or Nights Available - full or part time 7-7 shifts
This is a highly successful service that has been in operation since 1996; with long standing; dedicated and loyal staff to support you as a Staff Nurse here.
The group are a nationwide established specialist mental health and learning disability provider; the service is a recently renovated and converted facility split into two separate units; a 36 bedded advanced dementia unit and a specialist 21 bedded mental health unit.
With unrivalled staffing ratio's as a Staff Nurse here you will be a named nurse for 17 service users and work on a 3:1 ratio overall - pretty impressive! Not withstanding the 1 nurse to 11 service user ratio on the specialist mental health unit whilst working alongside another RMN Nurse!
The team are well established with Staff Nurses working here 10 + years, there is 2 Staff Nurses on during the day; a deputy manager (RGN) and a service manager (RMN) so support is guaranteed with 5 nurses on the shift overall.
With a dedicated training centre and regional training team you will fulfil your CPD potential here as a Staff Nurse whilst working with content service users in a relaxed; modern and advanced service with the best technology on offer.
