Position: Senior Care Assistant
Location: Bamber Bridge, PR5
Type: Residential Care Home
Salary: £12.20 per hour (Equivalent to £22,464 annually)
Hours: 33 hours
Shifts: 1x day shift and 1x night shift role

Time Recruitment are currently seeking senior care assistants to joint a prominent regional care provider in the north west. The residential care home has a 55-bed capacity and is located next to accessible woodland and idyllic green spaces.

Job description:
- Manage the care team and ensure CQC guidelines are adhered to
- maintain high standard of care to the residents
- instruct new staff members and develop them to contribute to the quality of the care home.

Requirements:
- NVQ level 2 in health and social care is essential
- 1 year experience in a supervisory role within healthcare
- have excellent communication and written skills
- must work well under pressure
- flexible to the demands of the home
