We are looking for a Senior Nurse to work in our 30 bedded facility which is split into 3 individual units of 10 catering for those with physical or mental disability and offers modern amenities to promote independent living. The service has a good CQC, stable team and is a new purpose built builiding.

Duties for the Unit Manager Include: " Assessing care needs and developing person-centered care plans " Supervise team members, ensuring shifts run smoothly and efficiently " Administer, review and monitor service user medication " Participate in the training of new care assistants and nurses " Communicate with service users, families and other healthcare professionals
