About the Role: My client are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple private sector commercial fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will manage between 1 and 3 projects simultaneously, each with a dedicated Site Manager and Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects (1-3) concurrently, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Oversee Site Managers on each project.
Coordinate with subcontractors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Handle project appraisals, holiday schedules, and other administrative tasks.
Work on Cat A and Cat B projects, varying between traditionally procured and Design & Build (D&B) routes.
Develop and maintain project programmes.
Ensure repeat work on projects ranging from £50K to £8M, focusing on existing buildings and cut & carve works.
Experience Required:
Proven experience in managing commercial fit-out projects.
Based in or local to Cambridgeshire
Experience with traditional D&B projects
Experience liaising with commercial teams, design teams and consultants.
Pre-construction experience would be preferable.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work on high-value traditionally procured projects.
Interview Process:
Usually the interview process will be two-three stages. An initial Microsoft Teams interview, followed by two interviews with senior management.
