Role Description: Seeking a full-time Quantity Surveyor to join its team in London. The successful candidate will undertake various responsibilities including cost control, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, planning, and reporting.
Experience and Qualifications: Proficient in cost control, management, and planning Experience with BOQ preparation and cost reporting Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Prior experience in the construction industry preferred Professional certification as a quantity surveyor desirable JCT D&B contract knowledge and experience
Additional Information: Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum Location: Tottenham, London Projects predominantly in South East London and along the M25 corridor. SME-sized company with a focus on Fit Out and Refurbishment. Specialization in Education, Healthcare, Local Councils, and Heritage Sites. Project values typically range from £500,000 to £5 million but can go beyond this. Opportunity to join a team and actively contribute.
