Time Recruitment are working alongside a unique organisation with their search for a Lead Senior Support Worker to work within a supported living complex supporting approximately 8 service users. As a Lead Senior Support Worker you will be a key member of the Stockport Management team working alongside the service manager and other Team Managers in the responsibility of the day to day running of a cluster of Supported Living services and outreach programmes in the allocated area.
You will have a team of Senior Support Workers and Support Workers who you will lead and guide to ensure that the people our client supports have interesting and meaningful lives.
Desired but not essentials:
Experience working in relevant sector - Learning Disabilities
NVQ Level 3 in Social Care as a minimum
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
Be able to travel between location and work flexibly
Min of 12 months experience in a supervisory role, motivating a team
