Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours: 12 hours per day

Job Description:
My client are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a range of dynamic and high-profile projects, including restaurant fit-outs and refurbishments for major brands. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality results while leading site teams, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of construction sites.
Lead and manage site staff, ensuring projects run efficiently.
Manage time and cost targets, reporting progress to senior management.
Ensure health & safety standards are adhered to on site.
Participate hands-on in projects as required, depending on site size.
Coordinate site inductions and liaise with clients and subcontractors.

Key Skills and Experience:
Experience in construction, preferably in high-end restaurant or quick-service restaurant fit-outs.
Proven ability to manage both large teams (10-15) and smaller, hands-on projects.
Strong time management, leadership, and reporting skills.
Basic IT proficiency for managing site records.
Demonstrated career stability and commitment.
