I'm currently recruiting for a client who are going to be very busy in the next couple of years. I need multiple site managers for frameworks all over the North West.
The role involves upgrade of multiple DWP offices across the North West. You will be assisting another team, who are upgrading all security systems. (CCTV, Alarms, Security Alerts, Doors etc)
Ceiling partitions will be manoeuvred / replaced as electricians are running cables. New fire door replacements as well as other joinery works and glass partitions etc. and similar works will be required.
HOURS ARE NIGHTS - 5:00 PM to 4:00 AM Monday to Thursday (4 Days a week)
THE RATE IS £265 PER SHIFT.
Sites spread out across the North West of England and will be busy on this frameworks for a couple of YEARS! Multiple Site Managers may be Required at once!
Sites vary in size.. Small = 12 Weeks Medium = 15 Weeks Large = 17 to 18 Weeks

Experienced Site Managers who have completed commercial internal fit outs (offices & work spaces) Joiners by Trade Happy to work night shifts. Happy to work away and stay in digs. Have in-date SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
As mentioned, these frameworks are ongoing for a long period and will keep you busy for some time.
