Role Overview As a Support Worker, your role is to provide encouragement, guidance, and assistance, enabling individuals to lead more independent lives and make their own choices. While personal care is a significant aspect of the role, building strong one-to-one relationships with the people you support and enjoying quality time together is equally important.
