Production operative 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, rotating

As a Production Operative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and timely production of our premium mattresses.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Operative, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, responsible for:

* Loading and unloading products efficiently and safely.
* Accurately picking customer orders and preparing them for dispatch.
* Working on production lines as part of team
* Undertaking other associated duties as instructed to support the smooth operation of the production line.
* Following health and safety guidelines of the company.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Prior experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay rate:
£10.50 for the first 12 weeks
£12.26 from week 13 onwards
Overtime is paid at time +1/2 for anything worked over 39 hours during the week and on Saturdays. Double time on a Sunday
