Our client situated in Ellesmere Port are one of the leading Toy ecommerce businesses in the UK. Due to expansion they are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader. Main purpose of role; You will be responsible for the supervision of a team of warehouse personnel to ensure the distribution of a professional incoming goods, storage and despatch service encompassing both speed and accuracy and ensuring health and safety are maintained to the highest standard and all operating procedures are adhered to at all times. Description * Assisting the manager with all aspects of the warehouse * Leading and motivating the warehouse team * Assist in employee training, development and engagement * Measuring performance and coaching where needed * Managing inventory levels with the use of in-house systems * Ensuring all company policies and procedures are met * Assist with resource planning to maximise efficiency and ensuring operational success * Assist in managing the daily work plan * Openness and willing to change, strive to improve standards and quality * Self-motivated and able to motivate others * High level of reliability, flexibility and an excellent team player * Proactive and flexible in day to day approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities * Must be able to complete tasks from start to finish against objectives and tasks set * Any other ad hoc duties specified by your Manager Hours of work: 06:00 - 14:00 hrs and 14:00 - 22:00 hrs Monday to Friday on a 2 week rotational shift pattern Salary: £26, 195 per annum if your interested in this position please forward your CV in the strictest confidence
