Requirements:
Previous experience in MIG welding and steel fabrication
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Strong communication skills on the shop floor
Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
Motivation and willingness to take on challenges
Ability to work well within a team

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate welding equipment
Ensure precision and quality in MIG welding tasks
Follow safety procedures and maintain attention to detail
Collaborate with the team to meet production targets
