Time Recruitment are currently recruiting a workshop operative to work with our engineering client based in Congleton. This is a great opportunity to join an industry leading company and grow with the business. Your role as a workshop operative will involve, drilling, tapping and cutting materials. Previous experience working with power tools would be essential for this role. Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment would also be desirable. Duties in this role of workshop operative will including:

-Cutting materials
-Drilling and assembling metal structures
-General labouring around the shop floor
-Tapping
-Supporting in other areas of manufacturing where necessary
-Working with power tools
-Adhering to all health and safety while on-site

The successful candidate must:

-Have manufacturing experience
-Be efficient in the use of power tools
-Have a good level of communication
-Be able to repetitively lift 10kg
