Customer Service Representative
Location: Bury, Manchester
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum plus 10% annual bonus

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in maintaining our client's reputation for excellent customer service and supporting thier vision of being a market-leading service provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide information about our products and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
