Deputy Home Manager Position
Pay Rate: £22 per hour + benefits
Location: Blyth, Northumberland
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Supernumerary Hours)
Time Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established care provider that operates a network of care homes across the North of England. We are looking for an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join a respected care home in Blyth, Northumberland.
This service offers nursing, residential, and dementia care to elderly residents. With a dedicated Home Manager and a supportive care team, the focus is on delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As the successful Deputy Manager, you will have a mix of supernumerary shifts supporting the Home Manager and hands-on responsibilities on the floor, overseeing and guiding the committed care team.
The home is divided into three units and accommodates up to 60 residents in nursing, residential, and dementia care environments. Your role will involve assisting with assessments and promoting clinical excellence throughout the service.

Requirements for the Deputy Home Manager Role:
NMC Pin (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
At least 1 year of experience as a clinical lead or deputy home manager
Understanding of MCA/DOLS
Knowledge of key domains of care planning
Experience with elderly/frail nursing care
