Nursing Home Manager
Walton-on-Thames , Surrey
£55,000 per annum + Benefits
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm - shared on call

This service has been recently acquired and has 30 beds providing support for elderly people requiring general nursing, dementia, mental health issues, residential and respite care across 2 floors and boasts a good rating with CQC; plans are underway to expand the service so its an exciting time to join as the Nursing Home Manager and assisting the longstanding team they have in place!

As a Nursing Home Manager here you will be heavily supported by a larger than average MDT team consisting of administration teams, deputy home manager, hospitality and housekeeping teams who promote excellence and luxury senior living.
Applicants for the Nursing Home Manager role require experience in the elderly care sector with experience of managing CQC inspections, pushing for an outstanding CQC and ideally have a NMC pin although this is not essential for the position.
