My client is a leading Manufacturer of packaging Products based in Dukinfield.

We are seeking a Platemaking Production Team Member to operate our Kongsberg flexo plate cutting device. This is a shift-based role within our production department, where teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the Kongsberg cutting machine efficiently and accurately

Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Perform manual handling tasks as required

Troubleshoot and analyze production issues

Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail

Work systematically and logically under pressure to meet deadlines

Make informed decisions and use initiative to improve processes

Adapt quickly to changing production demands

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Experience operating a Kongsberg cutting machine or similar equipment

Strong work ethic and a team player mentality

Computer literate with the ability to manage digital workflows

Good physical condition to handle manual tasks

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility and quick thinking in response to challenges

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:30

Must be able to cover 6am-2pn and 10pm-6am shifts if needed!
