Job description
Position: Hospitality Manager
Location: Norwich, NR12
Salary: £30,000 annually (based on experience)
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours per week
As the Hospitality Manager, you will leverage your exceptional people management and communication skills to ensure our client's residents enjoy a superb experience. Your duties will encompass all aspects of hospitality operations, from providing a "healthy living" food service and implementing engaging activities programs to ensuring top-notch housekeeping and maintenance services.
If you have proven experience in a similar role within a care home, hotel, or hospitality environment, and possess knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including employment and health and safety legislation, we encourage you to apply to join our client's welcoming, family-oriented care home.
Reports to: Homes Manager/Regional Hospitality & Lifestyle Manager

Previous experience in a hospitality-related field
Exceptional communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational abilities and punctuality
