About the Role:

Time Recruitment is seeking a skilled Motor Insurance Specialist on behalf of a leading UK insurance brokerage. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and provide expert guidance to clients on motor insurance products. As a Motor Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for advising clients on a range of policies, including personal car, van, and commercial vehicle insurance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on motor insurance products, including personal car, van, and commercial vehicle insurance.
  • Assess clients' requirements and recommend tailored insurance policies based on their individual needs and risk profiles.
  • Work with insurance providers and underwriters to secure the best coverage and competitive premiums for clients.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering clear and professional advice on policy options and coverage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support clients throughout the claims process, offering guidance and ensuring swift and efficient claims handling.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, including regulatory changes, market trends, and new product offerings.
  • Accurately record and manage client information and policy details in the company's CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed sales, retention, and customer service targets.
  • Provide ongoing support for policy renewals, changes, and updates as clients' needs evolve.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in motor insurance, preferably in a brokerage or client-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of motor insurance products, including personal, commercial, and fleet insurance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance terms in a simple, accessible manner.
  • Customer-focused with a proven ability to build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Sales-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure accuracy in policy documentation and compliance.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
