Night Manager (Nurse Qualified)

Salary: £22.50 per hour + Paid Breaks + Bonuses

Hours: 48 hours per week

We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Nurse Qualified Night Manager to join a well-established care home in Bradford. This large facility, offering 140 beds, provides a range of care services, including nursing, residential, and dementia care.

 

As a Night Manager, you'll be at the heart of our care home operations during the night. Night Manager Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Manage the care home during night shifts

- Support: Assist the care team in providing outstanding person-centred care

- Care Delivery: Provide exceptional care to residents in a professional and compassionate manner

- Care Planning: Develop and implement effective care and treatment plans

- Collaboration: Work with the care team to ensure a safe and supportive environment

- Dementia Care: Provide care with awareness and sensitivity

- Assessment: Assess mental capacity in elderly patients

- Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies as needed

- Infection Control: Ensure standards are met

- Palliative Care: Provide care where appropriate
