Job Title: Principal Consultant (Construction Sector)

Location: Manchester City Centre

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Working Hours:

- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

- Work from home: Tuesday and Wednesday

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of billing on a high-performing desk, with annual billings exceeding £250,000.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop client relationships within the construction industry

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector

- Achieve and exceed billing targets

- Provide expert consultancy services to clients in construction

- Mentor and support junior consultants

Requirements:

- Proven experience in billing on a high-performing desk (over £250K per year)

- Strong knowledge of the construction industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
