Registered Nurse - Nights

Location: Warrington | £19.50 per hour + Paid Breaks

Night Shifts Available | 36 hours per week

Registered Nurse Duties:

As a Registered Nurse, you'll be at the heart of providing exceptional care for our residents, ensuring they live their best lives in a supportive and person-centred environment. You will:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with the latest best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with residents, their families, and the multi-disciplinary team to develop care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs
  • Prioritize resident dignity and privacy, while promoting independence and choice
  • Oversee medicine management in compliance with legal and professional standards
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of the residents in your care

 

Registered Nurse Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
  • Strong knowledge of nursing standards and NMC code of practice
  • Proven experience in person-centred care planning
  • A natural leader and mentor, who inspires your team
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and making a difference
