Job description
Position: Operations Manager
Location: Norfolk - Head Office based in Lowestoft
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm
Salary: £60,000 per annum + PRB and Monthly car allowance
Time Recruitment are currently selecting for an Operations Manager for a well-regarded, large healthcare provider with services based across Norfolk.
Our client is a family-run care company with exciting plans for expansion across Norfolk and will be investing £15M into top-quality, luxury nursing and residential services to join their portfolio of 30+ outstanding homes. They are a top 20 ranked care home group and Number 1 in the UK for work wellbeing at Indeed's Better Work Awards 2023. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and the highest standards of care are being maintained across the care homes. You will also meet financial and business objectives and provide mentoring and support to the care homes.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:
* Provide effective leadership and management.
* Monitor and manage the financial and business performance of the homes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and business development. Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
* Ensure compliance across all services and have knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Evaluate and continuously monitor care processes, execute improvements when required, ensuring that all residents are in a comfortable and safe environment.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Analyse data to make informed business decisions for the company.
Operations Manager Requirements:
* Registered nurse with valid NMC pin - Desirable
* Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry
* Knowledge of best practices in quality care and environment for elderly residents
