Polish-Speaking Paralegal - Multi-Track Personal Injury (Hybrid)

Location:

Eccles (Hybrid)

Salary:

Up to £26,800 per annum depending on experience

Role Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Polish-speaking Paralegal to join a prestigious Serious Personal Injury team. This position offers excellent potential for career progression for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a liaison between clients and Fee Earners
  • Managing your own workload and meeting deadlines
  • Assisting Fee Earners with tasks such as drafting and organising documents, ensuring they are signed and completed correctly
  • Performing administrative duties and liaising with medical agencies to arrange appointments
  • Participating in telephone conferences with legal staff and third parties
  • Explaining legal procedures, court documents, and medical reports to clients and carers
  • Attending conferences with counsel and at court
  • Providing regular case updates to clients and third parties
  • Assisting in recovering costs or settlements from third parties
  • Supporting managers and Fee Earners with additional tasks as requested

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within a Personal Injury team
  • Familiarity with case management systems (Proclaim experience is a plus)
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to assist others
  • Fluency in Polish language is highly desirable

Required Experience:
