My client is a rapidly expanding manufacturing company specializing in the production of new and re-conditioned industrial packaging.
Job Description:
We are seeking Production Operatives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality industrial packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating machinery involved in the manufacturing process.
Inspecting products for defects and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Palletising finished products and preparing them for shipment.
Wrapping pallets securely for transportation.
Performing spot welding tasks as required.
Jet washing IBC containers, which may involve outdoor work. R
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to work outdoors as needed.
Additional Information:
This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent employment after a probationary period of 3 months.
All breaks are paid for by the company.
The role is Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00
