Project: Medical Facility Refurbishment and Extension

Salary: £55,000-£60,000 + Package
Job Description: My client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the refurbishment and extension of a high-value medical facility based in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all project activities from conception to completion. - Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site. - Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
Experience: - Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with experience in medical facilities. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Happy to be site based -SMSTS, First Aid Qualified - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
