Job Description: My client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-value fit-out project within the hospitality sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a £3M project, focusing on high-end joinery and bespoke finishes for luxury hotels and leisure facilities.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of workmanship. - Regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and address any on-site issues promptly. - Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. - Ensure compliance with all relevant construction regulations and standards.
Requirements: - Proven experience in project management within the high-end fit-out sector. - A valid CSCS card and a thorough understanding of health and safety regulations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work flexibly, splitting time between the office and site as required.
