Job Title: Site Based Project Manager Role (Permanent)

Location: West Midlands (candidate must be open to travel)

Salary: £60,000-£65,000 + Car Allowance, Healthcare & Bonus Structure

About my client: My client has a leading name in the fit-out sector, delivering high-quality projects across public sector and office Design & Build (D&B).

With project values ranging from £500K to £30M, their work emphasizes excellence, precision, and innovation. My client pride themselves on their collaborative approach and are looking to expand the team, due to an increase in workload.

The Role: They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to oversee single-site projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery to the highest standards. Reporting directly to a visiting Contracts Manager, the role demands exceptional organizational skills, technical knowledge, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage one project at a time, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

- Coordinate and lead site teams in adherence to health and safety standards.

- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Oversee the entire Design & Build process for public sector and office projects.

- Utilize Asta Powerproject to plan, manage, and track project schedules.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements for the role:

- Proven experience in Site Based Project Management within fit-out or D&B environments

- SMSTS certification, First Aid at Work, and CSCS Black or White Card.

- Proficiency in Asta Powerproject for project planning and scheduling.

- Experience running a site valued around £5M as the lead Project Manager

- Candidate must be based in the West Midlands

- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse project teams and liaise with clients.

- Commitment to delivering quality work under tight deadlines.
